Day 1, Getting There... [that is to Central PA of course!]

A Note: Sorry for the delay! Between work, piano lessons, dress rehearsals, and dance recitals Nicole and I have been very busy. We have been working to set up so we could post all our posts from our trip to Central PA together. In this trip we visited: Bellefonte, State College, Altoona, and Hollidaysburg. Our first stop was Penn's Cave. So here it is! Enjoy! :)

We hoped that we could depart that morning with fresh, bright and hopeful hearts but alas, a late night of planning prevented our plan from materializing successfully. To prevent any dangerous car accidents, we swallowed espresso drinks and wore extra-dark sunglasses. Luckily, TomTom and Google Maps seemed to agree and the trip started off smoothly. We were off to Central Pennsylvania: the hub of the Industrial Revolution.

Rest stop 1.

My feelings on driving another few hundred miles.

The open road.

Ain't she cute?

WOOHOO, nearly there.

Sheeeeeeep. Baaaaaaaaaah.

They had bison burgers in the cafe at Penn's Cave... shhhh don't tell the bison!
